Central MN | I am conventional till,unit mounted liquid fertilizer 2x2 openers and in furrow, no row cleaners, 3 bu seed boxes with 20/20 up and down Air Force. I want to add floating row cleaners to try reduce till in the future, so I thought about moving fertilizer openers to the frame to make room for row cleaners and help unit ride in rocks, but I really like how the fertilizer is basically always a consistent distance from the seed with them now since I have downforce not worried about down pressure and depth too much. Should I try and mount row cleaners on the frame. What would you do? Planter fertilizer is very important up here. Thank you | |
