Grandview, TX | I was reading a thread about ASF on TPP and got to thinking. I'm in Texas and all the small hog producers went out a long time ago. But we do have 1.5-2 million feral hogs. I know the southeast US has quite a few as well. If the ferals ever contracted ASF, I think it would be impossible to stop.
Are there any areas in the US where there are large scale hog facilities and feral hogs in the same geographical vicinity ? Just curious.
