Subject: Tile plow---parrallel link

SESD
Looking at the Wolfe plow site and the different options for the plow. Wondering how the performance is for these. I can see how the single arm plow can work, but the parallel seems problematic. I see some parallel link plows around. How do they work? It seems as you move the plow up or down it would affect the pitch of the plow. Like the pic on the website, all the way up and the rear of boot is quite a bit lower than the point. It also seems that if the machine nose tips up or down it would have a great effect on the grade and pitch. Also, compared to a pitch plow, it seems like it would actually be more difficult to be accurate as every movement affects the whole shank/boot up or down. A pitch plow you are adjusting the tip and the rear of the boot stays relatively consistent. Can someone explain how a parallel link plow would be better than other designs?
