Subject: Fixed small ditches in field

Southern IL
I have a 60 acre parcel that i have been farming for the last 2 years, had a couple of 1 to 2 ft wide and 6 inch deep ditches in it when i started and i want to fix those this year. Im 100%notill on all my other acres, so id rather not run a disk over those areas because of the natural drainage they could really wash out. I have a 6ft field cultivator i use for our garden. What do you guys think if i ran that over those spots? Would it help fill it in? Make it worse? I could pack it back down and seed it also. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance
