NW IL, Mercer County | Running CTC/denagard through the hog waterers. It mixes up fine in 5 gal buckets and then I dump it into a 20 gal tub. I mix slow enough it probably takes 3-5 minutes to mix up 5 gal with a paint mixer drill attachment. I run a small circulator pump in the tub to keep things moving around but seems that something settles out with a light brown/clay consistency and cakes up the screens. I end up dumping it out and starting over which isnt ideal. Any other helpful hints to keep it from settling out? Hogs are drinking 3000+ gal of h20 so I have to mix atleast twice a day.
