Rural Valley pa | Got up this morning and one of the heifers starting to push. So grabbed the chains and pulled the calf, and came out pretty easy. She kept pushing some so i checked for a twin, and nothing there. Then the calf bed started to come out.
Got the calf going good and called the vet to stitch her up. I haven't had this happen for a long time. Both are looking great tonight, and are active. What's my chances of this recurring again next year with this heifer. Go figure she is one of the favorites. | |
