Subject: Great plains soil finisher no float

It's a 6328 finisher and in order to lower to operating depth you must hold the lever in the lower position a few seconds. If you put the remote lever all the way forward in float it will stop. I have had the finisher and tractor 5 years and have just used it as is but would be nice to make a round drop in in float and go. Does the same thing on other tractors and this is the only implement that has this issue. A safety feature I assume? Can I bypass it somehow? Thanks in advance. The hoses for the raise/lower go thru this valve body thingy
