| I ordered a couple cables and turned out I needed the metric ends. My bad didnt read far enough down to realize there was different sizes. Called them and talked to the owner. Very helpful. Went back and verified my ends. Called him back and he is shipping the new ones out with a return tag. New ones are $6 more and not charging anything. Can’t beat customer service and getting someone to answer the phone today.
