Sunday was the last time I looked at the nest.
One of the three eggs broke on Monday morning.
One night last week there was a mouse at the edge of the nest, the mother had her head tucked under her wing and didn't see it.
According to the "Chat" section, she did have an altercation with a mouse and someone speculated the egg was damaged then .
I didn't see a video of the mouse incident, but they do have a video of when the broken egg was discovered. Video is imbedded in another link that reports the broken egg (right side of page, top of the chat section box).
