Parker, SD | So we're pretty much ready to give up on this Insight autosteer on our 9320 JD tractor, we're using the insight both for autosteer and rate control for the strip till.
We have a 4920 JD sprayer, setup with autosteer using a 2630 display for boom control/steering, but the brown box is still running the rate control. If we wanted to be able to use this monitor in the tractor for steering control and rate control, do we need both displays? We currently just using WAAS on the sprayer I assume an unlock is needed for RTK level correction? We have abd MS750 base currently, Will any of the trimble/ag leader stuff cross over or would we need an entirely new tractor kit? Just comparing cheapest options right now, if it all works out we'd probably purchase another monitor , as spraying and strip till tend to over lap in the spring | |
