Subject: Getting a leg up on on spring NH3 debacle

USA
Cutting back from 200 lb NH3 rate to 145 lbs and replacing with 100 lbs Urea would gain about 38% more acres per ton of NH3. . Pretty much a no brainer to add 100lbs Urea to Dap and Potash for those that don't have dry spread yet. Add side dress application of 10 gal 32 and 5 gal ATS to the equation would gain about 210% more acres per ton NH3, with cutting Nh3 back to 95 lbs acre.

On 1000 acres of corn

@ 200 lbs NH3 per acre = 100 ton Nh3
@ 145 lbs Nh3 per acre= 72.5 ton Nh3
@ 95 lbs Nh3 per acre= 47.5 ton Nh3
