| We bought a used Top Air 1600 gal sprayer, it has one 50 mesh filter up front, another filter ( i dont know yet what mesh) at the back by the ball valves.
Our old pull type sprayer had one big 50 mesh filter between the pump and ball valves, and at the back had 100 mesh inline strainers in each boom supply hose at the back. we didnt run any strainers in the tips.
My question is should I install inline strainers on the new sprayer, or are the 2 filters already there enough to keep tips from plugging? I dont want to use strainers in the tips.
The inline strainers could be added for about $27 each x 6 boom sections.
I plan on using teejet twin turbos for spraying Liberty, and regular turbo tees for everything else. | |
