Subject: Laptop with a good screen


Devils Lake, ND		I'm helping a friend shop for a new laptop.

Gotta be a Windows machine.

15" or larger screen is fine. He doesn't travel with it much.

Budget is $1000+. Buy once, cry once.

What do you suggest? Are these gaming laptops a good idea here? Tia
