NEND | I bought a sandblast cabinet from Harbor Freight a couple of years ago. Other than having the switch for the dust collector fail, it’s worked good. Does anyone have experience ordering a new viewing window? Mine is getting so bad, I can’t see through it I’m attaching a picture of all the pieces they have listed in the parts diagram.
Part 17 - glass
Part 18 - protective film
Part 19 - plastic board
Part 24 - seal
I assume I need the glass, mine is pitted up pretty bad. I’m not even sure what the protective film or the plastic board is. Were they on at the beginning, or am I supposed to have a bunch of film pieces on hand and change those out frequently? Or was that on the glass for protection prior to use? Not sure what purpose the plastic board servs. Or do I have a local place cut me a few pieces of glass? I need to order a switch from HF anyway, it’s a specialty thing.
