Kinde, MI
Kept a heifer last spring for the herd when we got a new bull. She calved yesterday and not much for a bag on yet, so I'm concerned the calf is getting anything. Calve is trying to nurse, but don't want to wait too long before we try and bottle feed it. Not the quietest animal to get close to check.
What's the thoughts? Give her a few days or just go feed the calf?
