WCWI | Seeding down a place that is usually unprofitable in corn or soybeans, it is a wet farm that is hard to drain, thinking Timothy, brome, orchardgrass, and maybe some birds foot treefoil. When I seed alfalfa I usually just pound the potash to her but not sure what to do here. Would like to do something to get it off to a good start but at the same time dont want to shove my life savings in it if it dont take off. I can always come back and add fert when established. Thinking some urea and potash? Maybe 50lb a piece? | |
