Subject: What’s a fair straw price?

NW Ohio
Looking at selling straw straight out of the field next summer, all I will be doing is wind rowing it with JD 9600 combine. Other farmer will be baling large squares, stacking, storing in his barn and selling to end user.
Local auction barns straw is currently selling for around $230/ton large squares. So how do you come up with fair price that both parties can make money? Straight $50 ton? 25% of going rate at specific sale barn on average of several dates, just like a flex lease?
Located in NW Ohio with less and less wheat acres every year and very few corn stalks got baled this fall due to being so wet.
