Subject: Acres per hour or day increase - 30’ box planter vs 30’ bulk vs 40’ bulk

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
BSisg with dad yesterday about bean planter upgrade some day and we were wondering what others had seed going from a 30’ 24 row box planter to a 30’ bulk fill or maybe 40’ bulk fill.

For arguments sake say we are getting 150 acres of beans planted in a 10-11 hour day currently.

We have a 4 box seed tender with programmable scale if that matters.

The cost of a bulk fill upgrade from our 2600 Kinze seems unrealistic, but if our acres increase I think we will be leaving money on the table as far as early planted bean yield increase. (750 acres of beans collectively between us - separate corn planter now)

Could I turn that 150 into 250 with a bulk fill 40’? In a 10-11 hour day
