Subject: Multiple prime ribs

south central WI
I need to make supper for the fire dept. next Monday (we rotate months). $50 spending limit so most make subs or brats etc. I donate my food so I can do whatever. I enjoy making decent meals for us. Local grocery has prime rib on sale later this week for $5/lb. I've cooked a few for home, but never in bulk. Can I do the 500 degrees 5 min/lb method with multiple primes or would they need to be cooked separately? Could I do it the other way with multiple roasts? I just have a regular size oven so might not be able to make enough anyway. I would need to feed 15-20 people. Most cuts I've seen in the store are 3-6 lbs.
