The lights will all work except when I have the switch in the first position, then only flashers work and no headlights.

If I put  the switch in the  2nd  or third  position all lights will work and no flashers unless I switch on the red flasher switch.

I want front headlights on and flashers and no white lights on the back and I cannot get this to happen.

Any Ideas?
