Im thinking about building a bean planter with 20" rows.  Ideally I would love row clutches on every row, but there is a budget that "She Whom WILL Not Be Disobeyed" has not only imposed but is also overseeing.  Not even gonna try the old 'won it in a raffle' story.  My question is how many rows can one clutch support.  I would like to do 4/clutch.  I plan on using Kinze meters for the rows.  As always thanks for your advice.
