Subject: self centering drill bits for steel?

northeastern Ohio
I was watching a video on YouTube and the guy used a self centering drill bit with a left hand bit to get a broken bolt out of a threaded recessed hole without damaging the threads.

I've never seen a self centering drill bit before, but in searching I found that they are common in woodworking for making pilot holes for hinges.

Anyone recommend a good brand to buy? Ebay has about 1000 choices, but all the $10 ones look chinese: https://www.ebay.com/itm/4X-HSS-Self-Centering-Door-Window-Cabinet-H...

Is Snappy a good brand at $50? : https://www.ebay.com/itm/Snappy-5pc-Self-Centering-Hinge-Drill-Bit-S...
