Subject: Dealing with harvest ruts this spring for dummies

Evansville, WI
Not a tillage guy, but like most found some new wet spots this past fall, most are relatively minor in isolated areas of 2 to 4 inch ruts.

Also rented a new farm where there are some more serious ruts some upto 1 foot and much more widespread.

Both will require some tillage to fix.

I know very little about tillage tools ( I am the dummy) but am looking for recommendations on specific tillage tools that can fix ruts in both untouched soybean stubble and standing corn stalks.

Have a JD 8410 and a JD 8310R for tractors. Budget is max of 40k, will likely re sell after spring unless I can see a fit for future use.

Have considered JD 2310 finsher, Sunflower 6333 finisher, Krause 6200 finisher, Great Plains Turbo Max or Case IH 330. Maybe a regular disk? Not sure any of those will do what I need. Looking for feed back on those or other recommendations. I think I can handle about a+/- 25 foot wide tool of the listed tools.
