Tuscola, IL | I don’t post in kitchen table much, but have a small dilemma. I just picked up a company Christmas present, which happens to be about 20 lbs of bone in ham. Jan 19h is the ‘use by’ date and I have no idea what to do with it. So, anyone care to share their ideas or recipes for what to do with a ham. Only two people in the house so hate to just bake the whole thing and slowly eat away at it. Was planning on lopping a chunk off of it and giving to my dad, but I don’t think that will put as much of a dent in it as I’d like. Also, should add, freezer space is pretty limited. Although this could be the motivation to finally get a stand alone freezer. | |
