Subject: Gravel or Graveless washer drain line underground?

North Central Alabama
My washer line goes to it's own leach field line. It is stopped up and I have to either plumb it in to the 40 year old septic tank or put in a new drain line underground. I think I want to keep it separate. I have a backhoe and it will be fairly easy if it ever dries up enough to do it.
My neighbor that does that kind of work says the 10" graveless pipe works good. I have not ever used it but I see where it is easier and cheaper to install.. I have always used the old school 3' wide #5 gravel 4" perforated pipe style.
Which method do you think would last longer? How many feet would you install for the drain line?
