Central Illinois | My Mom and my Aunt made the best Beef Salad. For years I could not figure out how to get it to taste right. I finally found out to use Sweet Bread and Butter Pickle relish.
Grind the beef and the pickles. Then mix together. I usually add some juice if it doesn't have enough moisture.
I then add mayo to taste. I don't like too much mayo.
Now I'm hungry!
