Subject: Making ham salad out of a honey glazed ham

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
I’m a fan of ham salad but I don’t like the onions or celery chunks in it. I wanted to attempt to make my own without that crap in it. We’ve got a honey glazed ham left over and was thinning of using that but didn’t know if the brown sugar in it would make it taste odd?

Bowls of cereal and grilled cheese is about the extent of my cooking level...
