| Trade deal should get resolved possibly by year end. The Chinese weren't going to give Trump a deal before the elections.
With a democrat house we will have much bigger problems.
Constructive govt will grind to a halt and gridlock and impediment will ensue.
One more blast will prolly be the last for years to come.
Pay down debt, don't buy new paint and for goodness sakes quit bidding up land.
And by the way , your taxes will prolly go up if you make any money.
