Subject: Pro700, Nav II Steering Options

NE Indiana
I'm doing some research for a friend who is looking to add steering to his combine and planting tractor. He has a Case IH combine that is guidance ready with a Pro 700 monitor. He has reached out to his dealer and they have informed him that he simply needs to add an antenna/receiver (252,262,372) and a Nav II controller to use the guidance on his combine. It would be ideal to use the Pro 700 to steer his planting tractor as well but it is an older Deere that does not have any hydraulic valves so he would be seeking other options.

What options does he have to steer his Deere? I have read a little about the case ElectriSteer and understand it is directly compatible with the Pro 700. Are there any other options utilizing the Nav II controller for steering outside of hydraulic with the Pro 700?

Thanks!
