Subject: NMEA from FM750 to Green Star Original Display

Last week I attempted to export GPS from a Trimble FM750 to Green Star Original Display. I pinned port B of my FM750 for Transmit and signal ground and spliced that wire between the black and blue wire on the mobile mapping processor of the original green star. (pins c and f I believe). Ag Leader had a harness to do this with a GPS1500 so I just used their schematic to make my own harness. I setup the output messages for the 750 for GGA 1 Hz, GSA 1 Hz, and RMC 1 Hz per Ag Leader's instructions. I attempted to use a 4800 and 9600 baud rate configuration; however, I could never get a DGPS fix even though the 750 itself had one. I would have GPS, but not DGPS on the original green star. A message would pop up on the green star saying something like "GPS acquired but no DGPS fix. Maps will be inaccurate." Could anyone shed any light on this situation? TIA
