Subject: Affluent water on Pollinating Corn?

Scott City KS
I rent a farm that has a little feedlot on it. I am responsible for pumping the affluent water through a pivot. The corn is currently silking. I've always not wanted to pump it when it's silking, but apparently, you're supposed to only have 10 days to pump it and I'm already late. I can go elsewhere with the affluent water, but I'd rather not shut off and get behind with the water during pollination.

Pivot is nozzled for 550 GPM and the affluent pump puts out 200 GPM, so I'll be better than half fresh water.

Am I going to damage pollination running the affluent water? Or should I put it off a couple weeks?
