Subject: Dicamba drift...how would you handle this

SE Nebraska
Neighbor sprayed dicamba on corn on 6-11. It is near my house and I happened to be coming down my drive to see he was spraying. I was coming home because it was too windy for me to spray. I had beans to the east of the corn field he was spraying. I remember thinking as I was coming down the driveway.."I hope he knows what he's doing". So here's the setup. Corn field west of my bean field. 2 fields separated by a 12' wide driveway and 4' of grass. Weather conditions as he was spraying was 95°, wind from the west at 20-25 sustained gusts around 35. So... needless to say my beans are fubar. How do I proceed? Looking for advice from somebody that has walked this path. I'm in total disbelief by the whole situation quite honestly. I'm not friendly with this neighbor. Really no one in community is. But I'm not out for vengeance. Just what I right fully should be due. Email is in profile if you prefer to take this"off line" Thanks much
