| Is there a simple way to create a boundary from a coverage map?
As I understand it, it is easy to create a boundary from a swath, but what if you have seeded a paddock without necessarily having seeded right out to any swath mark. Then you want a boundary of just the seeded area for later spraying or harvest.
The obvious solution is to have recorded a new boundary when seeding the outside lap, but if that wasn't done, does anyone have any other solutions?
Another option could be to use the AFS desktop software to make a boundary but that would be very tedious.
I could also export a ISOXML file and extract the GPS data from the outside lap, then use that to create a shapefile. I would probably need to allow for the GPS positions being that of the tractor, not the edge of the seeder. I am quite happy to do this however a simpler solution is preferred
