Subject: SteerCommand Issues on a John Deere 8130

My 8130 is autotrac ready (non ILS) and I have a newly installed SteerCommand controlled with an AL Versa. The factory wheel angle sensor is giving me trouble. It won’t calibrate. The raw counts are 33800 straight ahead, 14800 all the way to the left, and 47000 all the way to the right. Agleader support says that is too imbalanced, but I have no idea how to fix it. I’ve replaced the sensor and I got pretty much the same readings. I called Agleader again and they pretty much said they were out of ideas, nobody ever has this problem.

Is there a way to adjust the sensor output from the John Deere side? Nothing is tapped into the John Deere side at all, it’s just plugged into the OEM kingpin sensor.
