I have seen a post here on Agtalk indicating updates for CNH branded Trimble displays land the same day - is this still true and beyond that are there differences other than branding?

We use TABS software and use CNH & CNH branded Trimble field displays - it appears the mobile app can now be used on the 2050 display with version 5.2(i think) - via app central. So I would like to do this.

We've got an XCN-2050 at version 4.6 (i think) and have previously updated over the air - seems to work well. It saves chasing our dealer and having them drive out just to plug a USB drive in.

Are the OTA updates delayed in some way? I see 5.2 is available online. Thanks
