Subject: Hauling Silage Bales prior to wrapping

Middle Tennessee
Looking for experience I don’t have. We are converting some of our dry hay to baleage. We are about 16 miles from the feeding area . We plan on hauling a majority of our bales to the wrapper. Our balers are both 5 x6 and our intentions in year one is to make a bale 5x4 bale . To get everything wrapped in the 6-12 hour window we will have haul some after dark. The only way to be legal will be to stand the bottom bale on end. Question is has anyone made a rack for their flatbed or how do you secure . Any and all suggestions will be considered.
