Subject: Why dairy farmers have a hard time getting American help!

From a local listing

"Experienced Farm Hand to clean barns, switch cows, help with field work. Must be able to drive tractors, skidsteer and dumptruck. Mechanically inclined is a bonus. Start time 4:00am with breaks for breakfast and lunch. Long house during crop seasons. Weekends are a must with one day off during the week. Compensation $11.00/hr"

Just stirring the pot.

As more and more small dairies call it quits. The big guys run ads like this so that can hire foreign labor.
