Clarksville, IL | going to do some trials this year going to run some granulated sugar in furrow through our insecticide boxes my plan is to just use 8 rows on 20 acres ball park have 8 with and 8 without. Seems like several high yield people are using sugar so going to try and can get it fairly cheap i think what i had pricing some at sams ballpark 1.6bpa to pay for it so who knows just curious. Dont want to run it though starter system so this is why we are going this way. we know it will pack so plan is to put in just enough to run it out and be done maybe in 2 fields totaling maybe 40 acres. just curious if anyone has tried it?
