West Central Wisconsin | We have been putting down 20 gals of 28% behind the closing wheels and putting 3 gals 9-18-9 goldstart down in furrow planting corn. We have always carried the 28 on the planter and the in furrow on the tractor front mount tank. We are getting a new planting tractor and I don't really want to put a tank on it. I know this is very location specific, but am I really getting any benefit from the 3 gals in furrow? Should I just try to get another tank on the planter? | |
