Subject: Fork guys, serious question

EC Nebraska
NoDakFarmer, Frytown, and others have stated that failure to make new lows means that price is going higher. In the case of corn, what is the "success" price? In otherwords, if price continues going down from here it will eventually make new lows. At what point will you consider the price to have "succeeded" in making new lows? Around $3.30?
