Here in northeast Iowa they are still installing cables in the ditches. I assume they are fiber optic for high speed internet? Is this still part of Obama's stimulus? Who will use these cables and for what? Cable tv is all on dish, cell phones have made land lines obsolete, and internet is mostly wireless around here too.
