Subject: Harvestec corn head

WC MN
Will be purchasing a 12 - 30" chopping corn head for 2009. Have had a Geringhoff and do not care for another one.

Like the looks of the Harvestec 4312F head, especially the folding part and the ability to disengage the chopping knives.

How do the handle lodged corn from wind and/or stalk rot? What kind of upkeep cost are expected? What type of daily maintenance is required?

Let's hear the good and bad!
