Reviving my old water transfer pump, its an older briggs and Stratton 3 hp. cleaned fuel tank, fresh, fuel, new fuel pick up tube, and new diaphragm. pulled carb off and cleaned well. Starts ok but doesn't want to run full throttle, runs less than half throttle, and seems a little rough. Doesn't seem to respond to a the adjusting screw. ran ok 3 years ago and had been stored inside. Any ideas?? Thanks.
