Subject: Anhydrous streaks in corn

NW Iowa. / SW Arizona
I took these pictures yesterday while scouting my crops. I hope you can see the streaks. If you look to the right of the corn row going diagonal you can see streaks of where I applied my anhydrous last fall with N-Serve. These are two seperate bottom ground fields about 3 miles apart from each other. The first field you can see if you look dianonal to the left is where I disc ripped the corn stalks in the fall of 2011. Both fields were soil finished this spring.

Other fields with same practice I don't see this, why are these showing up?

Edit: I meant to had I usually apply anhydrous with the rows but was having trouble with trash on knives last fall so went at angle. I suppose this is why I usually never seen it before. I did think it was interesting to see my fall tillage from 2011.
