Northeast Nebraska | Just wanted to let people know. I got home fuzion on the 8th. Today is the 12th and I've had to call them twice. Both times for connection issues. I'm connected to the network, but the network doesnt have internet access. I've had the issue multiple times, but have only called twice.
They have "escalated" the issue to their engineers. I'm suppose to be getting a call within 72 hours telling me the problem has been resolved or how to resolve the issue. So far, I wouldnt recommend their service. It is very fast when it is working, just not reliable.
The kicker is, I dont need too much speed. Its not like I can strem HD videos anyways because of the 10gb data limit. I could maybe stream 1 per month and stay under. Looks like most HD videos are around 3-4 GB.
I'll update this if anyone is interested in what they tell me. | |
