as a farmer first and secondly municipal councillor i have a huge "daunting" task of keeping our infrastructure up to date,right now it's a rural urban debate and i don't want to belabour that topic,,my question is how /what are you seeing being done to reduce the cost in replacing these structures...i want to do more in house engineering for example..Any links or past experiences on successes and i guess failures would be greatly appreciated..
