Subject: How should I handle this situation?

wc Ohio
I am in the process of clearing a field of nursery stock with a dozer. My question is, how should I prepare this ground for a crop this spring? My preference would be to no till but the tree spade holes are just too numerous. There is a nice layer of sod everywhere that has been kept mowed down and is currently about bushog height. Would a ripper be an absolute no no? 530 DMI or a plow? TIA, Dave
