Subject: Row Cleaners

Morris, IL
For planting into wide variety of conditions, strip till and conventional tillage corn stalks and soybean stubble, also might do some soybeans no-tilled into corn stalks although none this year. What is best type of row cleaner to use? Like to find something used to just see what we like before spending thousands on new setup just to find out it doesn't work? Mounted or floating? Planter is a JD 7200 12 row flex fold. Running JD 2x2 liquid openers so thinking in heavy residue they will do the cutting and row cleaners will move residue aside. Any suggestions guys, thanks in advance.

Attached a couple pictures of the strips that will be planted into.

Last pic is planting into soybean stubble that was strip tilled last year. We liked it but i'd like something that could smooth that off a little.
