Our house has cinder block foundation. It is tared on the outside. We live in a fairly high water table area. We have tile drainage on the outside of the house. We want to finish some of the basement. I am going to have closed cell spray on foam insulation applied. Do I need to apply a water proofing agent or paint before the foam?
