Nun yer. | Our family owns a small parcel of ground in Harding County South Dakota. I was wondering what the prevailing rental price is. The landowner who owns on three sides used to rent it but when we asked for an increase he said that they weren't interested in it anymore. But now that Keystone may go thru there he wants to rent it again as they will pay the lessee for damages also. The rent that was paid before was south of $500. I am sure he still grazed his cattle on it as we are 1000+ miles away and really can't just go out and check on it. | |
